Evidence Strategy
Translates real capability into market confidence through diagnostic, strategic, and executional communication systems that help buyers verify expertise before engaging sales.
Strategic Communications Services from Evidence Communications help industrial and B2B companies turn real operational capability into visible, verifiable proof. Built for a market where buyers research independently through AI tools, LinkedIn, YouTube, peers, and trade sources, this approach closes proof gaps, strengthens credibility, and helps sales teams earn consideration before decisions are already made without relying on outdated messaging alone.

Founder
Jason Vargas has spent his career helping companies strengthen their commercial position in crowded, competitive markets. Over the course of his career, he has worked with organizations including Bridgestone, General Motors, LEGO, Nike, UnitedHealthcare, and Verizon. For years, visibility was built through scale: major campaigns, significant budgets, complex execution, constant testing, high volumes of digital assets, media spend, and increasingly sophisticated technology. The goal was always the same: shape what buyers noticed, considered, and chose. Jason also taught experiential marketing in the University of Chicago's Integrated Marketing program, where explaining why something worked, not just that it worked, sharpened an instinct that's stayed with him ever since: when buyer behavior changes, the companies that adapt first win, and the ones that wait get left behind. That shift is happening again. Buyers now decide which suppliers deserve a closer look before contacting a sales team. Today, visibility is determined by whether real operating evidence appears where buyers and AI systems can find it, verify it, and trust it. Evidence Communications was created around that shift. The name reflects the work itself: helping capable industrial companies turn real experience, expertise, and performance into evidence that buyers and AI systems can find, understand, and trust before deciding who belongs on their shortlist.
Strategic communication means using purposeful, evidence-based messaging and channel decisions to achieve a defined business outcome. For industrial and B2B companies, that outcome is often buyer confidence: making real capability, performance, differentiation, and proof visible before sales is contacted. It connects business strategy, customer research behavior, executive positioning, content, validation, and distribution into one coordinated system.
